Debt/Equity Funding
Clear Watt has contractual relationships with a number of debt providers and equity funds. These are very business transaction orientated and not just normal "cookie" cutter debt approached.
We have successful raised funding in Namibia, Zimbabwe and Ghana to name a few. We have also successful funded energy generation plants for new start-up mines and factories in Africa.
Further Clear Watt is co-owner of a Section 12 J Energy Equity fund for commercial and industrial energy systems in South Africa.
Vision
Our process starts with “interpreting” the Developers project vision. By focusing on comprehensive investment returns along with interrelated dimensions of profits, people, and the planet, Clear Watt’s well experienced analytical approach can be an important tool to support sustainability goals and define a clear executable Vision.
Our approach leads to the four main questions:
-
Is the project financially viable? (Profit)
-
Is the technology sustainable? (Sustainability)
-
Is it good for the community? (People)
-
How will it impact the environment or via versus? (Planet).
